FAQ

What does it feel like?

Most people describe a light tingling or gentle pulsing in the palm. You control the level with the + and buttons, so start on the lowest setting and increase slowly. It should never feel uncomfortable. If it does, turn it down or stop.

How often should I use it?

Most people use Dotti once a day for 20 minutes, for example before a nap, before bed or at the end of the study or work day. If you're newer to it, start with a few short sessions at a low level.

Which hand do I use?

Either one. Use whichever feels comfortable. Many people choose their non-dominant hand so the other stays free.

How is this different from an app or supplement?

Meditation apps need your focus and energy, which is hard to find when you're wired. Supplements and teas tend to work slowly and generally. Dotti works passively: you hold it and it does its job, whenever you choose to use it.

Who shouldn't use it?

Please don't use Dotti if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you're pregnant, or if you have epilepsy. Don't use it on broken or irritated skin, while driving or operating machinery, or near water. If you have a health condition or you're unsure, speak to your doctor first.

Can I use it while pregnant or with a pacemaker?

We don't recommend it. Please speak to your midwife or doctor before using Dotti if you're pregnant, and don't use it if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device.

Is Dotti safe?

Dotti is designed for everyday use when used as directed. It has adjustable levels and shuts off automatically after 20 minutes. Please read the instructions and warnings included in the box before first use. Dotti is a wellness product and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Everyone responds differently, so that's what the 90-day guarantee is for. If it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund.
